Full Lunar Eclipse

October 27th, 2004

Here is an overlaid series of shots taken with my Sony DSC-V1 camera. The first shot (lower left) is taken at a shutter speed that captured the normal brightness of a full moon. Amazing how dark the shadow is on it's face. You'd think it was a moon phase. The next shots were mostly ASA 100 and 2 second shutter speed. The final shot is near the center of totality, which lasted almost an hour and 15 minutes.
